Sandwich Brothers is a social entrepreneurial company that "sandwiches" new Norwegians into working life. They produce and sell organic sandwich ice cream to private individuals and companies, and build competence for our employees by offering work experience, language training and networking, as well as acting as a springboard into Norwegian business and industry. Their employees have backgrounds from Syria, Somalia, Iraq, Eritrea, Afghanistan and Ethiopia, but they all work towards a common goal: A more diverse and inclusive working life.
